1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("**Terms**") govern your access to and use of the TirePro website at https://www.tirepro.store (the "**Site**") and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and are intended for all genders.

2. Definitions

- **"We", "us", "our", "the Store"** — Jaxxon Technologies, Registration No. 038352001.

- "You", "the Customer" — any person browsing the Site or placing an order.

- "Products" — the goods offered for sale on the Site.

- "Order" — a request submitted by you to purchase one or more Products.

- "Consumer Protection Law" — the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and regulations enacted under it.

3. Eligibility

To place an Order you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid payment method issued in your name, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you represent that these conditions are met.

4. Products, Availability, and Accuracy

4.1 We make reasonable efforts to describe Products, prices, and availability accurately. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing tolerances.

4.2 Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a Product, or correct errors in description or price at any time before your Order is accepted.

4.3 Where a price or description contains an obvious error (a manifest mistake), we are not obligated to honor it, and we will notify you and offer to cancel or re-confirm the Order.

5. Orders and Formation of Contract

5.1 Submitting an Order and receiving an automatic confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of the Order. A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you an Order confirmation and/or dispatch confirmation.

5.2 We may decline or cancel an Order before dispatch for reasons including, without limitation: the Product being unavailable, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or an inability to ship to your address. If we cancel an Order for which you have already paid, we will refund the full amount paid.

6. Prices and Payment

6.1 All prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate (currently 18%), as required by the Consumer Protection Law.

6.2 The price shown at checkout is the final price payable by you and includes Israeli VAT. For orders shipped within Israel, any applicable import taxes are collected in advance, so you will not be charged additional VAT, customs, or clearance fees on delivery. Exceptional high-value orders (generally over US$500) may attract customs duty or purchase tax at the border, which is the customer's responsibility, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6.3 Shipping charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm the Order.

6.4 Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider(s) via the Shopify checkout. We do not store your full card details. Your Order will be processed only after payment is authorized.

6.5 A VAT invoice (חשבונית מס) will be issued in the name of Jaxxon Technologies and made available to you following payment.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, and related terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery time estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless required by law.

8. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

8.1 You have statutory rights to cancel a distance-sale transaction under the Consumer Protection Law. These rights, together with our procedures for returns and refunds, are described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right you have under the Consumer Protection Law or any other mandatory law.

9. Warranty and Conformity

9.1 Products are provided with the conformity and warranty protections required by applicable Israeli law, including the Sale Law, 5728-1968.

9.2 Except for rights that cannot be excluded by law, we do not provide any additional express warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty (if any) accompanying the Product.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any Order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant Product.

10.2 We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Israeli law, including the Consumer Protection Law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Jaxxon Technologies and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; or (d) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your Order. Material changes will not apply retroactively to Orders already placed.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Haifa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your place of residence under consumer-protection law.
